• Service issues must be submitted through the City’s official service request system so they can be tracked and resolved.

• Submitting an item does not guarantee placement on a City Council agenda.

• Agenda items are reviewed in coordination with City Council leadership and the City Clerk.

• Some requests may require additional information, departmental review, or referral to a committee.
